Pigeon Impossible
Pigeon Impossible
WALT write a movie review
There is a short animation created by Martell Animations called ‘Pigeon Impossible’. The animation is inspired by other famous spy movies like James Bond & Mission Impossible.
It is based in Washington DC with a spy in a black & white tuxedo & sunglasses getting handed a silver briefcase.
He sits down on a dark green wooden bench eating a bagel and opens the case by pressing down with his thumb. Then a pigeon appears wanting the bagel but accidently gets stuck inside the briefcase. He tries to control it, causing a lot of trauma.
I quite liked the part where the pigeon was trying to control the briefcase and the laser beam just missed the spy by a few centimeters. It was pretty funny that the red light was just a result of the strange pigeon pecking at the controls inside the briefcase.
As the story goes on it seems like the pigeon knew how to control it. How did the pigeon know how to control a briefcase? After all, he was supposed to be a pigeon! He could shoot laser beams and a lot of other stuff that a pigeon should not know how to do! I thought that was weird and wrong!
I also didn’t like all the characters in this film. The man had a strange face shape and a tiny mouth which made him look weird when he ate while the pigeon looked more like a tui & also had me puzzled on it’s gender. I found them really quite weird.
Overall I didn't like this movie and I would recommend not wasting your time watching it. I give it 1 and a half stars out of 5 because the whole scenario was pointless as it could have been avoided completely. So rather than entertaining me it just frustrated me.
